Terms And Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before ordering any product (the “Service”) sold by Krishikala (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Orders:
If you wish to order in bulk any product made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you will need to wait for a minimum of one month for your order to be processed and delivered. This long waiting period is required since all the products are handmade and require a lot of manufacturing time.
End product:
Gourds are natural products and therefore vary in shape, size, colour and texture. The product you receive may slightly vary from the specified description as the material are natural. However we will provide you with the finest quality in our end products.
Payment:
After acceptance of the product customized design and order, 50% advance has to be remitted to the Krishikala account as an advance and full settlement before dispatching the product.
Miscellaneous Fees:
All the prices of the products that are specified are the product cost. Customers are liable for packing, handling and delivery charges.
Changes:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
